Currently a lecturer at AHE in Łódź. Doctor of Humanities in Philosophy (University of Łódź). Philosopher of education, educator. Certified teacher, practitioner. Author of textbooks for secondary schools. Academic teacher since 2006. Co-founder and editor-in-chief (from the 8th issue) of the international electronic scientific journal "Kultura i Wychowanie" (www.pedagogika.pl). Co-editor of the scientific publishing series "Educational Reality". Author, among others, the book "Christian Humanism by Stefan Swieżawski" (published by Leksem, 2007) and several dozen peer-reviewed articles. He recently published a book (scientific edition) entitled "Love and Pedagogy" (published by the University of Warsaw, Warsaw 2020).
Scientific interests: (Polish) philosophy of education: its connotations and consequences (reception). In his works, he puts emphasis on combining the practicalization of philosophy and the philosophization of the practice (after B.F. Trentowski) of broadly understood education. Scientific research designed and implemented in this way is aimed at humanistic education, which emphasizes optimizing human development.

Educator, andrologist, and author of publications in the field of adult learning, adult development, and activation of older people. Surdo-educator with practical experience (certified teacher). Academic teacher since 2000. Associated with Culture and Education as deputy editor-in-chief since 2017. Reviewer in scientific journals: Konin Socio-Economic Studies, Disability and Rehabilitation, Pedagogical Quarterly. Co-editor of publications on school and teacher: School as a Learning Space (Difin, 2021), School as a Space for Building Educational Dialogue (Difin 2021), Teacher and School as a Space for Learning and Equalizing Educational Opportunities (Diffin, 2022). Member of the Academic Andrological Society. Expert on inclusive education on the ORE project - pilot implementation of Specialized Centers for Supporting Inclusive Education. Subject matter expert in international projects, including Bee Your Boss, 2019–2021, member of the Alone 2019–2023 research team – project on the sense of loneliness and loneliness of older people, subject matter expert
Scientific interests: interested in issues related to adult education, the social situation of older people, care and upbringing of deaf children, and the sociocultural situation of the Deaf.

Attorney actively practising the profession, doctor of law, Vice-Rector for Education, Dean of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Economics in Łódź, Deputy Disciplinary Spokesperson of the Bar Association in Łódź, an examiner at colloquia for trainees. He conducts classes as part of training courses for attorneys and attorney trainees. Author of approximately 50 scientific publications. Member of the Professional Development Committee for Attorneys, the Committee for the Training of Advocates and the Committee for Intervention and Practice of the ORA in Łódź. Winner of a special award in the "Rising Stars Lawyers - leaders of tomorrow 2018" competition, organized, among others, by Dziennik Gazeta Prawna. The idea of the competition is to reward lawyers who stand out in the Polish legal market with their activities and standards of operation. A specialist in the field of criminal proceedings, substantive criminal and fiscal law, executive criminal law and proceedings in minor offence and minor cases, as well as human rights, the organization and principles of functioning of legal protection bodies, and the deontology of legal professions.
