History of the Journal
The first issue of the international electronic scientific journal "Kultura i Wychowanie" (Culture and Education) was published in 2011. The periodical idea was originally conceived at the Higher Pedagogical School in Łódź. “Kultura i Wychowanie” was created, among others, by Małgorzata Cyperling, founder and chancellor of WSP, Professor Sławomir Sztobryn (first editor-in-chief), Dr. Krzysztof Kamiński (editor-in-chief from the 8th issue to this day), Dr. Marcin Wasilewski, Anna Kijo, publishing director. Since 2017, the semi-annual issues have been published by the University of Humanities and Economics in Łódź.
From the very beginning, "Kultura i Wychowanie" had the ambition of being an opinion-forming, open, and constantly dynamically developing journal. We invariably set long-term goals regarding the journal's substantive content and in other areas that demonstrate the reputation of the scientific periodical.
