Some problems of reverse logistics management in the automotive services

Increasing consumers’ environmental awareness, legislation as well as economic reasons make people get more interested in reusing products and materials. Some problems of reverse logistics are presented in the area of managing spare parts in automotive service branch. Research outcomes concerning possibilities of reusing spare parts used while servicing cars, coming either from destroyed or damaged cars, have been presented.
