Abstract

The article presents the basic statements about the importance of motivation (emotions) in the innovative behavior of employees and the regulation of labor law and personnel management. It was concluded that the most important tasks of entrepreneurs (employers) may include meeting the needs of the employee adequate response to his personal motivation and emotion, mainly by periodic assessment of the results of his work and the formulation of new tasks.
