Outplacement as a positive image shaping element of an organization on the labour market

Abstract

The aim of the article is outlining outplacement as one of the instruments of creating a positive corporate image and subjective treatment of human resources in an organization. The article shows basic kinds of outplacement and resulting benefits from applying it to an employer and an employee, as well as main crash barriers of applying this instrument. It has been pointed out that effective application of outplacement requires making its role aware of validities amongst the senior staff and visualising its positive effect on employees of organizations.
