The role of negotiation in business management in relationships with contractors

The article presents the role of negotiation in business management in relations with contractors. Quoted definitions of negotiation as a process of solving conflict between two or more parties, and defined it as a conversation over the sharing side approaches to the issue and attempt to communicate and determine further cooperation. The negotiation process is a structure consisting of the preparation of the start of the talks, their progress, conclusion of discussions in the form of agreement obtained. It was concluded that knowledge of negotiation contributes to the achievement of its objectives and the most common reasons for this are: conflicts of interest between the parties; difficulties in solving them by normal business procedures and administrative.
