Considerations of the absorption of logistical knowledge in an SME company – selected problems

Knowledge has become a key resource that determines the achievement of a competitive advantage. Knowledge management is therefore important from the perspective of running a business. This article discusses the necessary conditions for the absorption of logistical knowledge in SMEs, and the benefits and barriers to the effective implementation of such knowledge in economic practice. The results of a survey conducted among Polish SMEs are presented and an assessment of the absorption of logistical knowledge is provided.
