Abstract

The most important factors affecting contemporary enterprises were presented against the background of changes forced by globalization processes. Special attention was paid to features of intelligent organizations and problems associated with innovation. Intelligent organizations are the next stage of enterprises development in which one uses an additional developmental factor – human capital. In the innovation field cooperation between academic and research-and-development institutions was mentioned in the transfer of new technologies.
