Application of the holistic marketing concept in a transport company

Abstract

The article discusses the marketing activities in a transport company. The possibility of implementing the concept of holistic marketing in the TSL industry as a new direction of marketing and logistics activity is considered. On the basis of a study of the literature on the subject and a case study, the issues of holistic marketing understood as an integrated activity combining elements of marketing and transport logistics were presented. The results of the cognitive-critical analysis of the world literature presented in the paper indicate the existence of a clear cognitive and research gap when it comes to considerations on the application of holistic marketing in the TSL industry, especially in the area of transport services.
