Abstract

In contrast to the classical approach to strategy, in which the sources of success were sought primarily in the ability to adapt an organization to external conditions, resource management approach recognizes the possibility of success, which lies within an organization itself. Key or critical success factors are the resources, skills and organization skills that make it a competitive advantage in a given market at a given time, and may decide to permit it to achieve success in the future. The aim of the article is the analysis of the concept of critical success factors in perspective of resource management approach.
