Portraying the forming is a purpose of the article oneself of tendency of proceedings initiated in the relation for stated
crimes against possessions and their detectability in Poland in years of 2000-2012. Basic categories of this group of crime were
discussed: the theft of the another person’s thing, a burglary and robbery crimes with reference to the entire country and individual
provinces.
