Outsourcing the transport company. Selected examples.

Abstract

The publication presents a selection of services, including elements of the transport process and its organization contracted by the company’s road outside. The article uses a test survey of five selected companies transport industry, whose aim was to recognize the true extent of outsourcing in different road transport companies, as well as the most important reasons and difficulties in the application of this concept in these companies. Although the results of this study because of their pilot nature and small sample of the research can not be generalized to the entire population of transport companies that can be seen, however, that some services in the transport companies are very willing to put in outsourcing, while others do not. And, they remain in this case the size of the company.
