Abstract

The subject of this article is to discuss strategies for managing remote working teams. In an era of globalization and technological advances, remote work has become commonplace, which poses challenges for organizations to effectively manage such teams. The article begins by highlighting the role of trust in managing a virtual team. Building trust is key, allowing employees greater autonomy and clear guidelines. Virtual communication is the chief element in this process, where the use of various communication tools is key. Another important point is building a shared culture within the virtual team. Holding online meetings, or even occasional face-to-face meetings, can support the team in developing a sense of belonging and identification with the organization. In addition, the article highlights the importance of continually improving virtual team management skills, taking into account new technologies and best practices.

In the changing work environment of the 21st century, effective virtual team management is becoming a key factor in an organization's success. Nurturing trust, communication, work-life balance, team culture and developing the skills of leaders are the main elements of successful management of these teams.
