Badanie wpływu czynników niepieniężnych na dobrowolną rotację pracowników w sektorze budowlanym

Abstrakt

Sektor budowlany ma kluczowe znaczenie dla wzrostu gospodarczego, ale boryka się z wysoką rotacją pracowników. W niniejszym artykule zbadano kluczowe czynniki niepieniężne (NMF) wpływające na dobrowolną rotację wśród ugandyjskich pracowników budowlanych. Oparta na literaturze lista NMF została oceniona w ankiecie przeprowadzonej wśród 110 pracowników. Analiza danych pozwoliła zidentyfikować dziesięć głównych czynników pozapłacowych, z których największe znaczenie miały szkolenia i rozwój kariery, równowaga między życiem zawodowym a prywatnym, przeciążenie pracą i stres, zaangażowanie w podejmowanie decyzji, bezpieczeństwo pracy i styl przywództwa. Wyniki te podkreślają potrzebę ukierunkowanych strategii mających na celu poprawę rotacji i pracowników. Badanie dostarcza cennych spostrzeżeń i podstaw do przyszłych badań nad dodatkowymi czynnikami wpływającymi na rotację.
