Abstract

The European Union has essentially no formal role in the field of health care. There are no standards EU regulations in the field of health care organization. Organization health services and the health insurance system should be to the competence of the Member States. These countries in their own reform their health care systems. Systems health care in individual EU countries therefore differ between each other. Three systems were subjected to comparative analysis selected countries: Italy, Poland and Great Britain.
