Abstract

The modern world shows an increasing stream of changes. Every change introduces new uncertainty to managerial decision-
making. A manager should not only make decisions in such an unclear context but also generate a strategy for the development
of new projects, products, services. One possible management tool is to work with paradigms. This involves mental exercises aimed at understanding the processes of perception and developing skills to account for perceptual biases when forming a strategy. Opportunities to go beyond paradigms are opened by changing the method of working with information and people.
