Managing diversity in the structures of the institutions of the European Union

Abstract

In the structure of the European Union there are a huge number of people from different parts of Europe. As a result, diversity management has been used for many years to create ideal conditions for people of different origins, race, culture or religion. The scale of this process is limited and can be achieved using a scale exception. The European Union is unique as an organization, but also as an employer. The aim of the work is a thorough analysis of employment in the structures of European Union institutions and to determine whether diversity management works effectively in this multicultural environment.
