Purpose and scope

The journal "Innovative Management in Economy and Business" is a semi-annual journal serving the scientific community, practitioners and students dealing with management, innovation and logistics. The journal is a periodical of the Management and Transport faculty published since 2005 by the Academy of Humanities and Economics in Łódź.

The thematic scope of the journal focuses on the broadly understood issues of contemporary management. On its pages, the authors exchange views in the area of concepts, methods and tools of management, issues of logistics, quality, marketing, finance and human resources management, as well as strategies and processes of managing enterprises operating in separate spheres.

The journal publishes publications in the following areas: theoretical studies, results of empirical research, works of young scientists and students, reviews, information on conferences and congresses held and planned.

The scientific output of the Academy's staff, doctoral students and students is also presented. The journal also serves management practitioners for the presentation of their own managerial experiences.
